Non-Functional Test Lead

As the Non-Functional Test Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering the non-functional testing strategy across a complex application landscape. You’ll plan and coordinate the execution of testing activities across teams, covering:

Performance, IT controls, Dress rehearsals, Penetration testing and Regulatory compliance, security, and user experience.

Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience leading non-functional testing for complex, business-critical systems
  • Strong architectural understanding of trading ecosystems with multiple applications and platforms (including Azure, Endur, Kafka, Databricks, Qlik, and SAP)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across stakeholder teams
  • Experience in Energy Trading or Capital Markets is a strong advantage
  • BSc in Computer Science or a related field.

This is a hybrid role which requires regular commuting to central London.

Lead Technical Tester

As the Lead Technical Tester, you’ll provide hands-on technical expertise across a range of areas to enable effective test automation within the software delivery pipeline. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring test data, batches, and pipelines
  • Implementing test automation tooling
  • Supporting performance and security testing.

Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience in a lead technical role, including mentoring or supporting colleagues
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, SpecFlow, .NET, Python, GIT, Azure DevOps (ADO), and YAML
  • Experience in performance and security testing
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in Energy Trading or Capital Markets is a strong advantage

Regression Test Manager

The Regression Test Manager will lead the implementation of our Triangle Test Automation product to deliver automated regression testing across complex trading environments.

You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating regression testing activities across multiple business areas, ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and manage regression scope and planning

  • Oversee execution, reporting, and client communication

  • Manage team performance, resources, and priorities

  • Provide technical guidance and domain expertise

  • Support technical implementation and troubleshooting

  • Identify and develop new opportunities within client accounts.

Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience leading regression testing for complex, business-critical systems

  • Strong understanding of ETRM/CTRM platforms (e.g., Endur, Findur, Allegro) and the wider trading ecosystem

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Hands-on experience with SpecFlow, GIT, Visual Studio/Rider, and SQL

  • Ability to work effectively across stakeholder teams

  • Experience in Energy Trading or Capital Markets is a strong plus

  • BSc in Computer Science or a related field.

Test Automation Analyst

As a Test Automation Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the design, execution, and maintenance of automated tests using the Triangle Test Automation product. You’ll work closely with developers and stakeholders within assigned scrum teams covering the full trade life cycle.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience in designing test automation for complex business critical systems
  • Proficiency in Specflow, API testing, SQL, GIT and Azure Pipelines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience in Energy Trading or Capital Markets is a strong plus
  • BSc in Computer Science or related field.
